Winter Spirituality Series 2017

Listening Beyond Our Own Cocoon

Connecting with Wisdom and Heart

 Saturday, March 25 * 1:30 – 4:00 pm

Every person’s mind is a different universe.  How can we:

* Emerge from our own cultural cocoon to better understand someone’s life challenges?

* ‘See Christ in every person’

* Take effective action grounded in mindfulness and prayer?

Come and explore the sacred art of listening and how prayerful presence helps us make a real difference in our communities.

Discover the St. Vincent dePaul Society model of respectful deep listening, where volunteers learn to guide clients in how to address their own needs.
