It seems like just yesterday that we were celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Shrine… Shining On!
This August, we have another special anniversary – Father Richard N. Fragomeni, PhD, Rector, will be celebrating his 45th anniversary in the priesthood. We invite you to honor this occasion in a special way.
Tickets / Reservations for the event are no longer available as we have reached our seating capacity, and due to Covid-19 restrictions we can not accept any additional seating requests.

Wednesday, February 17, 2021 – Ashes will be distributed at Liturgy of the Word services at 7:30 a.m, 12:00 Noon and 6:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19 precautions, all celebrations will be Word services only. In accordance with the Archdiocese of Chicago COVID-19 Lenten guidelines, ashes will be sprinkled over the recipient’s head.
As required by the Archdiocese of Chicago reopening guidelines, service attendance will require registration.
