We are so happy to be ‘Welcoming You Back’ and reopening the Great Bronze Doors of The Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii once again.
Below you will find information on the reopening; information on and a link to our Mass reservation system; and a link to review Archdiocese of Chicago Reopening Guidelines.
Our reopening continues with masses on Sundays at 8:30 am and 11:00 am. Reservations are required for Sunday Masses.
Please click on the link(s) below to be taken to our Mass reservation system provided through Eventbrite.
You will be linked to our reservation system. Please start by clicking on ‘Select a Date’. You may then find and select an available Mass or service to attend. If a Mass or service has reached its seating capacity it will be shown as ‘Sold Out’. After you find an available Mass or service, please click on ‘Register’. The number of people attending will be ‘1’. Click on ‘Register’. Enter your first name, last name, email and confirm your email address. An email with printable ticket will be emailed to the email address provided, you may print this if you wish, but it is no longer required. Your registration information will be provided to the ushers on the Mass attendee list.
As each attendee will require a separate reservation, please repeat the process for other attendees in your group or family.
Please note that Mass registration will be closed to reservations one day (24 hours) prior to the Mass start time, as we need to create a registration / Mass attendee list for the ushers. Consequently, we ask you to make your reservations prior to that.
We have been looking forward to this day since March, and have been working towards this time with great anticipation of us gathering again. We kindly ask you to do a little preparation by reviewing these Archdiocese of Chicago Parishioner Guidelines so that you are prepared and you will be aware of what will be different at Mass.
We understand that this process may seem exhaustive, but it is required to remain in compliance with Archdiocese of Chicago guidelines and to ensure the health and safety of our Shrine members, Liturgical ministers, volunteers, and staff.
If you have any questions, please call The Shrine Office at 312.421.3757.
